HEALTH ACCESS DIRECTORY STATEWIDE & LOCAL CONTACT INFORMATION Developed by the Health Access Networks updated September 2001 In facilitating the Health Access Networks in Massachusetts, AHEC/Community Partners realized that an essential factor in being effective at providing health access support was knowing who to call. As a result, AHEC/Community Partners has developed and maintained a Health Access Directory since 1998. This directory includes contact information for the Division of Medical Assistance, Department of Public Health, Health Care For All, federal agencies HRSA and CMS, as well as Health Access Network staff. These and other resources include statewide contacts and regional contacts. This on-line posting of the directory is new as of Nov. 2001. It will be updated periodically.
